Destiny CDC is a non-profit organization focused on improving the lives of people in our community. Our mission is to reduce homelessness and hunger by providing food, income, and job assistance. We also offer classes, internships, and partnerships to educate, inspire, and engage those in need. Our aim is to improve people's destiny by breeding hope in the present.
Our Mission and History
Destiny CDC is dedicated to improving the lives of people in our community. We were founded with the mission to reduce homelessness and hunger by providing food, income, and job assistance. Our organization also offers classes, internships, and partnerships to educate, inspire, and engage those in need. We believe that by breeding hope in the present, we can help improve people's destiny and create a better future for all.
Our Three C's
The three C’s to our Destiny CDC
• Community- To be a heart-felt, generous neighbor to those who are over looked and despised by others. By considering the less fortunate, we can achieve a better esteem in our region and ultimately for those we call family
• Culture of Grace- To be considerate to those who have exhausted their help with others and provide education and tools to be resourceful in the future.
• Closing the Gap- Through research and community engagement, we will be able to find where the need is and meet it by assessment and conversation. By closing the gap, we will find our community in a better place financially, emotionally and even physically.

• Help those who need help but have no where to go
